A Giveaway That Is All Kinds Of Awesome

When my mailman delivered this little box of magic to my doorstep today I felt like a kid on Christmas morning.

A StrideBox.

For those of you not in the know, StrideBox is a monthly subscription service that delivers a package filled with stuff that us runners love. Their motto “Just Keep Running” is a mantra forΒ  recreational runners and professional athletes alike. I love that. From nutrition products to cool new gear you never know what you’re going to get. One thing is for certain it will motivate you to “Just Keep Running.”

I received February’s box. It was filled with products from Hammer, Skratch, Honey Stinger, OnTheGo, Gu, Lock Laces, Mazamabar and Dr. Hoy’s. I am stoked that I get to try out products that I know and love as well as those that I am not familiar with. Guess who will be using Skratch at a race this weekend? THIS GIRL!

I love that my StrideBox was filled with a good variety of products that actually appeal to me. It’s like a race expo goodie bag on steroids.Β  Can’t wait to see what March has to offer!

  33. I liked StrideBox on facebook! I don’t use Twitter so I couldn’t give them any love there….

Motivation to just “keep running” (funny enough, that’s a mantra I use sometimes when the going gets tough): The sense of accomplishment I get at the end of a run and the purpose running gives my life. Even when all else seems out of control, running is a constant I can always turn to.

  34. I am motivated to keep running by setting new goals and trying new distances/running adventures. In a Stridebox, I would love to see fuel that isn’t gels or chews and really good runner first aid stuff– like bandaids for blisters that actually stay on or KT Tape or better ice packs, etc.

  35. I am motivated to keep running because running keeps me whole. I feel at peace, fufilled, and healthy. I would love to see items in the StrideBox that runners “use and loose” hair bands, chapstick, etc!

  36. “Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don’t shoot their husbands, they just don’t.” Anybody?! I just truly love to run – it makes me happy πŸ™‚
