Today’s Workout: 45 min spin; 20 min strength training
I got my butt kicked at the gym this morning. My hamstrings are still sore from Monday’s workout which didn’t help. Too many intervals on the spin bike + lazy Friday mode = tiiiirrreeedddd.
We have a HEAT warning this weekend which is NOT normal for July! We are usually in the low 70s this time of year so I am not prepared for 80 at the beach and 90 inland with humidity. Yes it is ridiculous that I am complaining because it truly isn’t that bad. Guess I will need to get my hiney out of bed a little earlier tomorrow to run. If we wait until 8 (like we have the past few weeks) it’s going to be too warm for my wussy self. This is what living in SoCal has done to me. WUSS! If I wanted to run in heat I’d move back to my hometown.
