I got a few grumpasaurus emails regarding yesterday’s HAUTE STUFF post. As I previously mentioned HERE and HERE, you do not have to be a female, or a mom, to be featured as a HAUTIE. Dudes are A-OK. We don’t need to be IRL friends. You don’t have to be a runner. In fact, you don’t even have to be HUMAN! You just need to be doing something to get healthy and inspire us. It’s pretty simple. Love ya all, but dang, throw a girl a bone!

Today’s Workout: Track Repeats: Warm Up, 6 x 800 (6:30-6:40 pace; 1:30 Rest Interval), Cool Down. Lots of stretching and core. Total time: 1 hr.
My right hamstring still hates me. It probably didn’t help that I did speed work today, but I am less than 2 weeks away from Safari Park and want to be ready to rock. Does anyone know any good stretches? I busted out the Arnica Gel along with the stick but I’m still hurtin’ for certain.
For those of you that run on the Nike Plus program, the GPS watch is going to be available for pre-order any day now. I still haven’t received pricing info, but I expect it to be competitive with Garmin. Garmin’s RULE so Nike has A LOT to prove. If you do run with Nike Plus, the new challenge starts on March 6th:
